1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GO4IT LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("GO4IT," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of go4it.live and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP"), which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GO4IT is a marketplace and hosting platform for AI-generated SaaS applications designed for small businesses. The Service allows you to browse, deploy, and use business applications, as well as create custom applications using AI-powered generation tools.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the AUP, or that are inactive for an extended period.

4. Organizations & Teams

You may create or join organizations within GO4IT. Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing members, deployed applications, and billing for their organization. By inviting members, you confirm they are authorized to access the organization's apps and data. Organization owners are jointly responsible for the conduct of their members under these Terms and the AUP.

5. App Generation, Content & Ownership

When you create an app using GO4IT's AI generation tools:

• You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the business logic and data within your generated app.
• You grant GO4IT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and serve the generated application code as necessary to provide the Service.
• If you publish an app to the marketplace, you also grant GO4IT and other users the right to view, deploy, and use the published app under the marketplace terms displayed at the time of publishing.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts, generated apps, and any content within them comply with applicable law and do not infringe third-party rights.
• AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended content. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated app before relying on it for production use.

6. Pricing & Billing

GO4IT offers free and paid tiers. Paid services include:

• App hosting — $5 per deployed app per month
• Seats — $1 per team member per app per month
• GoPilot AI — tiered plans from free to $95/month

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, and we may remove or disable apps and data associated with unpaid accounts after a reasonable grace period.

7. Third-Party Integrations

GO4IT offers integrations with third-party services including Google Workspace and Stripe. By connecting these services:

• You authorize GO4IT to access the specific data and services you enable
• You are responsible for complying with the third party's terms of service
• GO4IT is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services
• You may disconnect integrations at any time from your account settings

8. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The AUP describes prohibited content and conduct, rules specific to AI-generated apps, our DMCA process, and how violations are enforced. Violations of the AUP are violations of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated applications may contain errors, security flaws, or content that requires manual review. You are responsible for testing and validating any generated application before deploying it for production use, and for the security and compliance of any data you store in the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GO4IT and its officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to GO4IT in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GO4IT and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law; (c) your apps, prompts, or content (including any infringement of third-party rights); or (d) your organization's members' use of the Service.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account from your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or the AUP, if your account creates legal or security risk, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date, and may also notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may require you to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Geographic Scope

The Service is offered to and intended for use by individuals and businesses located in the United States. The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, individuals or entities located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any jurisdiction where such offering would be unlawful. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users in those regions. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law. We reserve the right to block access from any jurisdiction at our discretion.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and AUP, constitute the entire agreement between you and GO4IT regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
