1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GO4IT ("we," "our," or "us") at go4it.live (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GO4IT is a marketplace and hosting platform for AI-generated SaaS applications designed for small businesses. The Service allows you to browse, deploy, and use business applications, as well as create custom applications using AI-powered generation tools.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Organizations & Teams

You may create or join organizations within GO4IT. Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing members, deployed applications, and billing for their organization. By inviting members, you confirm they are authorized to access the organization's apps and data.

5. App Generation & Ownership

When you create an app using GO4IT's AI generation tools:

• You retain ownership of the business logic and data within your generated app
• GO4IT retains the right to host and serve the generated application code
• Published apps may be visible to other GO4IT users in the marketplace
• You are responsible for ensuring your app's content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

6. Pricing & Billing

GO4IT offers free and paid tiers. Paid services include:

• App hosting — $5 per deployed app per month
• Seats — $1 per team member per app per month
• GoPilot AI — tiered plans from free to $95/month

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

7. Third-Party Integrations

GO4IT offers integrations with third-party services including Google Workspace and Stripe. By connecting these services:

• You authorize GO4IT to access the specific data and services you enable
• You are responsible for complying with the third party's terms of service
• GO4IT is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services
• You may disconnect integrations at any time from your account settings

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, spam, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Generate apps that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated applications may contain errors or require manual review. You are responsible for testing and validating any generated application before deploying it for production use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GO4IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to GO4IT in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account from your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
