Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 2, 2026

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the conduct and content that are not permitted on or through GO4IT (the "Service"), operated by GO4IT LLC, a Washington limited liability company. This AUP applies to everything you do on the Service, including: your account, prompts you submit to AI generation tools, the apps you generate, the apps you publish to the marketplace, and any data or content you store. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service; violations of this AUP are violations of the Terms.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, store, transmit, host, or distribute content that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive under applicable U.S. law
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic, or that exploits or harms minors in any way (we report suspected child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and law enforcement)
  • Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or violence against any person or group
  • Constitutes harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking, or incites others to do so
  • Constitutes hate speech or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic
  • Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party
  • Is defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false in a way that could cause harm
  • Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code
  • Is unsolicited bulk or commercial email, SMS, or other spam
  • Promotes or enables illegal goods or services (including unlicensed firearms, controlled substances, or fraud)

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and may not allow any third party to:

  • Access or attempt to access any part of the Service that you are not authorized to access, or any other user's account or data
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service except through our authorized responsible-disclosure channel
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, billing, or other technical or contractual restrictions
  • Scrape, crawl, or mass-download data from the Service except as expressly permitted
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service to develop a competing product, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law
  • Share, sell, lease, or transfer your account credentials, or impersonate another person or entity
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the source or authorship of content you publish
  • Use the Service to send transactional or marketing communications without all required consents and unsubscribe mechanisms
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service or any user's use of it

4. AI Generation Rules

GO4IT generates apps using Claude (Anthropic) under the hood. The following rules apply when you use any AI generation feature, including app creation, iteration, and GoPilot:

  • Do not submit prompts that request prohibited content (Section 2) or prohibited conduct (Section 3).
  • Do not generate apps whose primary purpose is to violate this AUP — for example, scrapers, credential harvesters, spam senders, deceptive lookalike sites, or tools designed to bypass other services' security or terms.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract system prompts or internal instructions from the AI, or to cause it to produce content that would otherwise violate this AUP or the underlying model provider's usage policies.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unintentionally infringe third-party rights.
  • You may not represent AI-generated content as human-authored where law or context (e.g., academic, regulatory, or fiduciary settings) requires disclosure.

5. Security & Abuse

You may not use the Service to:

  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks (including DDoS) or otherwise flood the Service or any third party
  • Test or attack the security of the Service, your own apps hosted on it, or any third-party system, without our prior written authorization
  • Use the Service as a staging ground or command-and-control infrastructure for attacks on others

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to compliance@go4it.live. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith security researchers who comply with this AUP and give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before public disclosure.

6. Marketplace & Published Apps

If you publish an app to the GO4IT marketplace, the following additional rules apply:

  • Your published app must comply with this AUP at all times.
  • App metadata (title, description, screenshots, category) must accurately describe what the app does and not mislead other users.
  • You may not publish apps that exist primarily to advertise, redirect to, or solicit on behalf of an unrelated third-party service.
  • You may not publish apps that copy, mimic, or are designed to be confused with another developer's app or another company's product.
  • We may unpublish, hide, or remove apps that we reasonably believe violate this AUP, infringe third-party rights, or harm other users, with or without notice.

7. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party service (such as Google Workspace or Stripe) to GO4IT, you must comply with that provider's terms and policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and Stripe's Services Agreement. You are responsible for any data you push from those services into GO4IT and for keeping your use within the scope of permissions you have granted us.

8. DMCA / Copyright Notices

GO4IT respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our DMCA Designated Agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration No. DMCA-1072230). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at compliance@go4it.live that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Service (URL preferred)
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf

If we remove your content in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We will pass valid counter-notices to the original complainant in accordance with the DMCA.

Repeat infringer policy: we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

9. Reporting Violations

To report abuse, illegal content, or other violations of this AUP, email compliance@go4it.live with the URL or app involved and a description of the issue. For urgent safety issues, please indicate "URGENT" in the subject line.

10. Enforcement

When we become aware of a possible AUP violation, we may take any of the following actions, in our sole discretion and based on the severity of the conduct:

  • Issue a written warning
  • Remove, disable, or unpublish specific content or apps
  • Restrict access to specific features (e.g., AI generation, marketplace publishing)
  • Suspend the account temporarily pending investigation
  • Terminate the account permanently, with or without notice, in cases of severe or repeated violations or where required by law
  • Preserve relevant data and cooperate with law enforcement, where appropriate

We reserve the right to act immediately and without prior notice in cases involving illegal content, security incidents, or active harm to users or third parties. We are not obligated to monitor content or conduct, but we may do so at our discretion. Termination of your account may result in deletion of associated data, subject to retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to address new abuse patterns, regulatory developments, or changes to the Service. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
