Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2, 2026
1. Introduction
GO4IT LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("GO4IT," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website go4it.live (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Name, email address, and password when creating an account
- Company name, logo, and business description
- Location (state and country)
- Use case preferences and business descriptions
- Prompts and inputs you provide to AI generation tools
- Record of your acceptance of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (timestamp and version accepted)
Information from third-party sign-in
If you choose to sign in using Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google as permitted by your Google account settings. We do not receive your Google password or access to any Google services beyond your basic profile.
Information collected automatically
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Cookies and session tokens used to maintain your login state
- Usage data related to apps you add, deploy, or interact with
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Personalize your experience and apply your branding preferences
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing)
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Monitor and analyze usage to improve our platform
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data, prompts, or generated app content to train AI models.
4. Google User Data
Sign-in with Google
When you sign in with Google, GO4IT accesses only your email address, name, and profile picture to authenticate you and populate your GO4IT profile.
Google Workspace Integrations
If you choose to connect Google Workspace to your organization, GO4IT may request access to additional Google services depending on which integrations you enable:
- Google Calendar — to sync appointments and events with your apps
- Google Contacts — to import and sync contacts with your apps
- Google Drive — to link and access files from your apps
- Gmail — to send emails on your behalf from your apps
- Google Tasks — to sync tasks with your apps
Access to each service is requested only when you explicitly enable that integration. We use incremental authorization — you grant only the permissions you need. Your Google OAuth refresh token is stored securely on your organization record to maintain the connection.
You may disconnect Google Workspace at any time from your account settings, which immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens. GO4IT's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use your Google data for advertising, analytics, or AI model training.
5. Stripe & Payment Data
GO4IT uses Stripe to process platform subscription payments. If you connect your own Stripe account to your organization (via Stripe Connect), your apps can accept payments from your customers on your behalf.
- Platform billing — your payment method and billing details are stored by Stripe, not by GO4IT. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and Subscription ID.
- Stripe Connect — when you connect your Stripe account, we store your Stripe Connect account ID to facilitate payments in your deployed apps. We do not have access to your Stripe balance, bank account details, or payout history.
You may disconnect your Stripe account at any time from your account settings. All payment processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
6. Sharing Your Information & Sub-Processors
We may share your information with:
- Service providers (sub-processors) — third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
- Your organization members — your name and email are visible to other members of organizations you belong to within GO4IT.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GO4IT, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law, for tax or accounting purposes, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and JWT-based session management. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
